Kiowa District Hospital's December board meeting was called to order by President Pat Myers with all members present including: Miranda Walz (via cell phone), Chantae Simpson, Jeff Miller and Jim Parker.

Others present included: outgoing CEO Robert Whitaker; CFO and incoming CEO Janell Goodno. At the beginning of the meeting, Myers read a letter explaining the change in leadership from a special meeting Dec. 10.
