Williams (NYSE: WMB) announced today that it has filed a comprehensive Stipulation and Agreement ("Settlement") with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission ("FERC"), which would settle all aspects of the Transcontinental Gas Pipe Line Company, LLC ("Transco") rate case currently pending before the FERC.
