A Place for Mom to hire more than 600 employees in Kansas

A Place for Mom, a senior care referral service, plans to hire more than 600 people in the next five years and build a new Overland Park office, the Seattle-based company announced Tuesday.
The company received about $12 million in state incentives, The Kansas City Star reported.
A Place for Mom, which connects families with nursing homes and other senior care facilities, will open a temporary office next week at the Overland Park Sprint campus. It plans to build a new office within the city.
