The Woods County Excise Board held a regular meeting Monday, Jan. 15, at the courthouse. Chairman Bob Seivert, Vice-Chairman Chris Olson and member Joe Shirley were present along with County Clerk Shelley Reed.

After approving minutes of the December meeting, the board approved and signed monthly appropriations including:

District #2 Highway Cash, $169,133.04

District #3 Highway Cash, $112,457.83
