Waynoka woman charged with selling meth

A Waynoka woman has been charged with selling methamphetamine. On Jan. 14 charges were filed in Woods County District Court against Kelly Renee Porter, 50, of Waynoka. She is charged with two felony counts: distribution of controlled dangerous substance (methamphetamine) and violation of Oklahoma statute via computer.

The first charge is punishable by imprisonment for up to seven years or a fine of up to $100,000 or both. The second is punishable by imprisonment for not more than five years or by a fine of not more than $5,000 or both.
