10:25 p.m. – Caller advised there was a silver vehicle in the ditch on County Road 740 and a blonde woman walking down the road. The caller advised they couldn’t understand the woman. The woman went back to the car and was talking to someone on the phone. Deputy made negative contact with anyone in the vehicle.
