As we begin the second semester, I want to provide an update on the progress of our strategic plan. Over a year ago Alva Public Schools staff and community members met to formulate a five-year strategic plan. The strategic plan included four main goal areas: Curriculum and Instruction, Culture and Community, Personnel, and Resources.
