Tilford Carter, 55, was born to Tilford LeRoy Springer and Christa Elizabeth (Bach) Rushing on July 11, 1964, in Oberkirchen, Germany, and passed on January 14, 2020, at the Oklahoma Heart Hospital in Oklahoma City.

He was raised in Louisiana where he met the love of his life, Janet Adcock, and they were married October 3, 1981. They welcomed the birth of their first child, Rachel Ann, in 1982, their son Tilford L.H. Carter Jr. (TJ) in 1985, and their daughter Tiffany Michelle in 1989.
