Barnes, McDonald, Malloy set new records for Lady Rangers

MANHATTAN, Kan. – Northwestern Oklahoma State University women's track and field team finished Day Two of the DeLoss Dodds Invitational. Just as Day One did, Day Two caused the record books to shuffle.

Setting a new record for the Lady Rangers was Jaya Barnes in the 600-yards race, with a time of 1:35.47, while in her first event, Selena McDonald jumped her way to the top of the record book in the High Jump, marking 1.51 meters. Mariah Malloy also set the mark for the 1 mile run; in the first such race that Northwestern has competed in, with a time of 6:02.00.
