Kandice Allen, CEO of Share Medical Center, presented the program at the Feb. 5 luncheon meeting of the Wheatland Republican Women held at The Runnymede in Alva.

Allen talked about State Question 802 (the Oklahoma Medicaid Expansion Initiative) that will be voted on by the people of Oklahoma. Gov. Stitt will determine whether the measure will appear on the June 30 primary ballot or on the Nov. 3 general election ballot.
