The Legislative session started Feb. 3 at the state Capitol. The House and the Senate convened in joint session and welcomed the governor to deliver his State of the State address.
The governor recapped some of the successes he and the Legislature were able to accomplish last year, and he laid out his vision for continuing to reform state government to make it more streamlined and efficient as we all work toward the goal of making Oklahoma a Top Ten state.
