Freedom's school board met Monday evening and, as one of its first actions of the evening, swore in Shane Morris as a board member to fill Seat 5.

Present were members Shan Wilson, President Shane Morris, Phillip Kirkpatrick, Robert Babcock and Russell Reed. Also present were Interim Superintendent Bryant Weber, Principal Michelle Shelite, Minutes Clerk Patricia Dauphin, and Garrett Baggs.

The consent agenda was approved; it consisted of past meeting minutes; the treasurer's report; encumbrances and warrants for the general, building and child nutrition funds; and activity fund expenditures. A...
