South Barber School Board learns FEMA grant for multi-purpose room is approved

The South Barber School Board honors Walter Fry for his decades of service to the district from teacher and voice of the Chieftains at football games to longtime board member and treasurer. South Barber's Board of Education met for their regular monthly meeting Monday night. All members attended the February gathering as president Mark Pollock called the meeting to order including: Bryan Quick, Deb Helfrich, Jenna Mostert, Mike Miller, Ryan Molz and Emily Lohmann. Also seated at the board table were Superintendent Dr. Mylo Miller and Board Clerk Julie Johnson.
