City Business Manager Joe Don Dunham thanks the council during his last meeting Feb. 18.
City Business Manager Joe Don Dunham concluded his report to the Alva City Council Tuesday with a reminder that this was his last meeting. His last day with the city will be Feb. 28. Dunham said, "It has been my privilege over the last eight years to serve the citizens of Alva, to work with this city council. You have been wonderful to work with. A man could not ask for a better group of individuals to work with than you gentlemen."
