Woods County commissioners sell mowers

The Woods County commissioners accepted bids on several used rotary mowers during their March 2 meeting. Bids of $8,000 each were accepted from Western for Landpride mowers from District 2 and District 1. Western’s bid of $13,000 for a John Deere mower from District 1 was also accepted.
The commissioners approved removing a 1994 International truck for District 2 from inventory. Gary Perks purchased the vehicle for $345.67.
