I’m sure some of you may be wondering if there’s anything new regarding the William S. Key Correctional Center being targeted for possible closure. Back in January, I told you that the state was looking at closing five prisons, including William S. Key. As of right now, there are really no new developments to report, but I will keep you posted if that should change. This facility is extremely important for the jobs it provides here in northwestern Oklahoma, and with your help and support, I will continue to fight to keep this facility open.
