Tad Leo, son of Terry and Karen (Bowers) Strickland, was born in Alva, Oklahoma, on June 8, 1969. He passed away at Share Medical Center on March 8, 2020, at the age of 50 years, 8 months and 26 days.

He graduated with the class of 1988 in Skiatook, Oklahoma. Later he joined the Air Force and was stationed at Edwards Air Force Base working on communication equipment.
