Rhodes speaks at state meeting

Kaitlynn Rhodes of Freedom presents her award-winning speech.

The Oklahoma Association of Conservation Districts' annual meeting was held February 23-25, 2020 featuring "20/20 Conservation Vision". Representing Woods County Conservation District, Kaitlynn Rhodes of Freedom presented her award winning speech "In the Beginning" for the State Speech contest held at the OACD meeting. Miss Rhodes had qualified by sweeping both District and Area I speech competitions earlier in the year. She is a sophomore at Freedom Public School active in the FFA and numerous school organizations. The daughter of Kyle and Angela Rhodes of Freedom, Miss Rhodes represented the area very well and congratulations go out for a successful year!
