Floyd Wayne Herren, son of Amos Floyd and Viola Christina (Wilson) Herren, was born September 4, 1937, at Watts, and passed away March 26, 2020, at Enid, at the age of 82 years, 6 months and 22 days.

After graduating high school, he was united in marriage to Rose Elaine Cottrill on April 21, 1962, in Alva. They made their home in Driftwood for a few years before moving to Alva. He lived in Alva the past 53 years. He worked many jobs including Woods C...
