College student fills void with 'One Shining Moment' video

 


WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. (AP) — When it was apparent there would be no NCAA men's basketball tournament and no Final Four, Max Goren set out to save the one tradition associated with all the hoopla.

The coronavirus pandemic stopped March Madness before it could begin. But Goren, sitting at home after North Carolina State University shut down, put together his own video version of "One Shining Moment," the CBS Sports tradition that usually follows the national championship game.
