OKLAHOMA CITY, OK – Up to 130,000 Oklahomans with past due child support may not receive the new stimulus checks being issued over the coming weeks and days under the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES) Act, due to another federal law, the Debt Collection Improvement Act of 1996.
