With the restrictions imposed to combat the spread of COVID-19, people are spending a lot more time at home. Meanwhile, warm spring weather and blossoming trees lure us outdoors.

Retired educator John Barton suggests a cure for "cabin fever." He recommends getting out into the fresh air and enjoying the Northwestern Historical Walking Trail. The trail was developed by the NWOSU Historical Preservation Task Force about five years ago.
