A woman turning herself in on a warrant in January appeared to be under the influence of drugs. According to court records, she admitted to being high on methamphetamine that she said she obtained from James Weinhoffer.

On Jan. 17 Alva Police Officer Kyle Fuller received information from Officer Keith Dale that Weinhoffer had possibly been distributing meth from a camper trailer and a vacant residence, both located in the 100 block of Locust Street. Dale had information about come-and-go traffic and was provided with pictures of known drug users at the residence.
