Convicted sex offender arrested near Little Sahara

 


An Oklahoma Park Ranger stopped three men in ATVs and ended up arresting one. According to court papers, Ranger Kyle Hair was on duty at Little Sahara State Park on May 16. He was traveling south on U.S. Highway 281 about two miles south of Waynoka at 6:20 p.m. when he observed three ATVs traveling northbound in the bar ditch on the west side of the highway. He activated his emergency lights and performed a traffic stop.

Hair explained that driving in the bar ditch was prohibited and asked all three for their identification. As Hair waited for dispatch to check the IDs, Sgt. Steve Rogers arriv...
