Absolutely agree, I live a few blocks away from Wellington facility and have seen first hand the lack of supervision. Neighbor's car stolen, tires slashed and disrespect. The Wellington facility is a disaster and hopefully it shuts down. Kiowa needs to keep AAHNS place out.

I live in Wellington and AAHN'S Place is a continual hot spot. I believe AAHN'S Place is trying to reform troubled kids and doing their best but the breakouts, police interaction and constant disrespect of property is a problem. I do believe a bigger town would serve their needs in a more appropriate setting and I don't blame you for your decision.
