The Town of Freedom Board of Trustees held a special meeting Thursday, May 28, to discuss possibly hiring summer help for the town, and to discuss stray dogs.

Present were Mayor Shad Brackin, who called the meeting to order; board member Randy Rhodes; and Town Clerk and Treasurer Cindy Reed. Board member Rolando Galindo was absent.
