Avard Regional Rail Park Authority getting closer to being in the black

Woods County Economic Development Committee Director Neal Williams sits in on his first Avard Regional Rail Park Authority meeting in his new role as director.

The Avard Regional Rail Park Authority met last Tuesday evening – the first meeting since mid-February because of the coronavirus. Members Ed Sutter, Stan Bixler and Allan Poe were present with Todd Holder joining via telephone; Bob Firth was absent. New Woods County Economic Development (WCEDC) Director Neal Williams, who took over for Sonja Williams, was also in attendance.
