Burn ban in effect for Alfalfa County

Alfalfa County commissioners signed a slew of paperwork Monday morning at their meeting. Jay Hague, Stan Tucker, and Marvin Woodall kicked things off with routine items – meeting minutes from June 8, maintenance and operation warrants for payment, and blanket purchase orders. There were no road-crossing permits or monthly officer reports.
After signing off on the Court Clerk Records Management and Preservation monthly report, officials moved on to award six-month bids. In most cases, the lowest bid was accepted.
