Waynoka man charged with larceny

 


For a second time in a matter of months, a Waynoka man has been charged with larceny of merchandise from a retailer.

On March 4, Cole Mason Bence, 33, of Waynoka, was charged with the misdemeanor in a Waynoka Police Department investigation.

On June 19, Bence was again charged in Woods County with larceny of merchandise from a retailer, this time involving an Alva business. The charges are misdemeanors punishable by imprisonment in the county jail for a term not exceeding 30 days and by a fine of $50 to $500.
