Woods County commissioners approve contracts

The Woods County commissioners approved several contracts during their meeting Monday. Present were commissioners Randy McMurphy, David Hamil and John Smiley. Grant Gibson filled in for County Clerk Shelley Reed, who was absent.
The commissioners approved a contract with County Budgeting Services LLC for the FY20-21 audit for $7,500. They also approved a contract with the same company for the County Health Department audit for $1,350.
No action was taken on a road use agreement with Invenergy. The area involved is in District 3, and Smiley said he wants to wait until he gets a legal opinion fr...
