Woods County will have a fair in September, but there will be some changes. The fair board made the decision in a meeting in the past week. The fair will be Thursday, Sept. 10, through Saturday, Sept. 12.

The fair book with information on entries will be distributed in the Newsgram on July 29, and copies will be available in the OSU Extension Office at the courthouse in Alva.

This year, the merchants’ building will be filled with exhibits instead of merchant booths. The floral, photography, 4-H, horticulture, agriculture, grains and mech ag exhibits will move to that location. The women’s buil...
