Commissioners agree to road use by Invenergy

 


After weeks of working out the terminology, the Woods County commissioners approved a road use agreement with Invenergy on Monday. The wind energy company plans to begin building the project this fall. Roads involved are in the southern part of Woods County in the area John Smiley represents. He said he consulted with Donnie Head of Circuit Engineering District #8 as well as Assistant DA Brian Mitchell to get the agreement in the form he wanted.
