A Waynoka woman has been charged with providing alcoholic beverages and marijuana to underage individuals.
Lashawn Lea Whipple, 51, of Waynoka, has been charged in Woods County District Court with distribution of controlled dangerous substance (marijuana) and furnishing alcoholic beverage to a person under 21. Both are felony charges.
