Enrollment deadline today for Alva Schools

Today, July 31, is the deadline for enrollment in the Alva Public Schools. In a special school board meeting Wednesday, Washington Principal Shane Feely said 59 percent of students had completed the online process while more had started but not finished enrolling.
He said this means about 70 students have not enrolled. After the deadline, the school will be reaching out to those not completed. He acknowledged some of the students may have moved out of the district.
