An Alva man has been charged with child sexual abuse in an alleged incident occurring in 2017.

Dalton Zane Cunningham, 26, of Alva, has been charged with felony child sexual abuse involving a girl, then age 14. This crime is punishable by imprisonment in the custody of the Department of Corrections not exceeding life imprisonment, or by imprisonment in a county jail not exceeding one year, or by a fine of not less than $500 nor more than $5,000, or both such fine and imprisonment.
