The Freedom School Athletic Department will sponsor the annual Freedom Red Bluff Classic, a 5K/fun run, on Saturday, Aug. 15. Check-in begins at 7:15 and the race begins at 7:30 a.m. Entry forms were due Wednesday, Aug. 5; however, one can register at 7 a.m. on the day of the event. The race begins at the Freedom Rodeo Grounds and ends on Main Street.

The cost to participate is $15 for the fun run and $20 for the 5K. Everyone who registers will get a T-shirt. First, second and third place winners will be recognized in each age category and receive a medal; the male and female overall winner will receive individual medals.
