Enid teens injured when vehicle hits tree

Three Enid teens were injured early Saturday morning when their vehicle struck a tree. The Oklahoma Highway Patrol reports the collision occurred at 2:38 a.m. on Aug. 8 on Imo Road at Chestnut Ave. approximately one mile west of Enid.

Dalton D. Arrington, 18, of Enid, was driving a 2014 Nissan Altima south on Imo Road when the vehicle went off the roadway to the left and struck a tree in the east ditch where it came to rest. Arrington was pinned for approximately 30 minutes and extracted by the Enid Fire Department. He was transported by Life EMS to St. Mary’s Hospital in Enid then later...
