Avard's Regional Rail Park Authority met this past Tuesday evening. Present were members Ed Sutter, Todd Holder, Allan Poe, Bob Firth and Chairman Stan Bixler. Also joining the group were Neal Williams, Woods County Economic Development Committee Director Sonja Williams (former WCEDC director), and Woods County Commissioner Randy McMurphy.

After roll call, the group voted to convene in executive session. Upon reconvening, Williams said the 37-minute session included talks about a finance project, but warranted no voting or taking of action.
