Naked man told officers he was enjoying his freedom

Law enforcement officers went to investigate a complaint by a neighbor and found a naked man wrapped in a blanket and lying on the ground.
Court documents show on Wednesday, Aug. 12, at approximately 5 p.m. Alva Police Officer William Shahan was dispatched to Hart St. for a possible drunk male lying on the ground beside his car.
Upon arrival Shahan found a man, later identified as Kent Renee Bearden, wrapped in a blanket and lying on the ground. When Shahan tried to speak to him, Bearden only groaned and covered his head with the blanket. Woods County Deputy Adam Honeyman arrived to assist Sha...
