WICHITA, Kan. (AP) — Police have announced an arrest in the death of a man investigators believe was shot to death in southeast Wichita during an argument.

Donovan Harrington, 25, of Wichita, was arrested Tuesday in the Monday morning shooting death of 27-year-old Miguel Tapia, police said.

Police found Tapia found around 7:30 a.m. Monday lying outside a vehicle with gunshot wounds, and he later died at a hospital.
