Man caught on video, charged with burglary

An NWOSU student from Oklahoma City has been charged following the report of a vehicle burglary.

According to court records, on Wednesday, Aug. 5, about noon Alva Police Officer Kaleb Keplinger was contacted by dispatch about someone wanting to file a burglary report at Lincoln School, 1540 Davis St.

Keplinger made contact with Lincoln Principal Jennifer Webster, who said someone had gone through her vehicle. She showed Keplinger the security cameras and pulled up the video.
