An altercation between two inmates at the Alfalfa County Jail sent one man to the hospital for stitches while the other one was charged with a felony.

According to court documents, Alfalfa County Deputy Loren Nusser was called to the jail on July 8 at 6:42 p.m. in response to a fight in progress. He found inmate Anthony Cochran was in the booking area and had a gash on his right eyebrow.
