Woods County commissioners approve water district pump purchase

The Woods County commissioners approved a road crossing and the purchase of a water district pump using grant funds. The commissioners met Monday morning in the courthouse conference room. All three commissioners – David Hamil, Randy McMurphy and John Smiley – were present.
A road crossing permit for OG&E was approved in District 3 for 21-25-15. There is no fee for this overhead line crossing.
The commissioners approved the sheriff’s department monthly report showing collections of $2,234.58 and board of prisoner expenses of $2,908.41.
