Two adults, one teen arrested in Eureka man's death

EUREKA, Kan. (AP) — Two men and a 17-year-old male have been charged with murder in the death of a man in Eureka earlier this month, the Kansas Bureau of Investigation said Wednesday.

The KBI announced the arrest of 30-year-old Noah JE Farr, 30, of Dighton; a 17-year-old male from El Dorado; and Joseph E Warden, 25, also of El Dorado. All three were charged with felony murder, aggravated burglary, felony theft and conspiracy to commit felony theft.

They are suspects in the killing of Danny Shue, 78, at his home in Eureka on Aug. 18. The KBI has not released details about Shue's death.

The three suspects were arrested Tuesday. Farr was being held in the Finney County Jail and Warden was being held in Greenwood County. The juvenile was taken to a juvenile facility.
