Freedom Iron Talons Robotics Team
Freedom Public Schools will continue their robotics club, named Iron Talons, this year.
Last year was the first time Freedom Schools competed in the FIRST (For Inspiration & Recognition of Science & Technology) competition – and they're the only team in the northwestern area to compete in the tournament. (The closest school with a team is Turpin; most teams are from the Oklahoma City or Tulsa areas.)
Last year, Freedom competed in three tournaments and had the opportunity to partner with the World Champion team during their last competition in Tulsa!
Freedom currently has 11 students in 7th-12...
