There are reports from locals in Hardtner, Kansas, that a stabbing occurred there Sunday. Locals say a man was arrested for stabbing a woman and is in jail. The Newsgram has been unable to confirm that information.

When contacted Tuesday morning Barber County Sheriff Lonnie Small did not respond to multiple calls from the Newsgram. On the last phone call just before noon Small had the dispatcher say he had “no comment” about the alleged stabbing, and suggested calling County Attorney Gaten Woods....
