The Freedom Public School Library has many exciting things happening this month. This week, Sept. 8-11, is celebrated as 2020 Read an Accurate Ag Book Week. Classes will be in the library participating virtually through Zoom with wonderful readers ready to read to students. For example, on Tuesday, State 4-H President Hunter Haxton (2020-21) read “Penning Oklahoma” by Travis G. Bessinger. Oklahoma Secretary of Agriculture Blayne Arthur will be reading “Full of Beans” by Peggy Thomas, and Congressman Frank Lucas will be reading “John Deere, That’s Who!” By Tracy Nelson Maurer.
