The Wheatland Republican Women met at noon on Sept. 2 at The Runnymede in Alva. Sandra Koehn, secretary for the Woods County Election Board, presented the program on mail-in and absentee voting requirements. She distributed handouts containing additional pertinent information on the voting process. Koehn assured the members present that voting is very secure in Oklahoma.
