R.A.C.E and the Alva Chamber of Commerce sponsored a coloring contest for ages 2-6 and 7-12. There were only six entries this year, Charles Hanson, age 5; Remi York, age 6; Addley Hanson, age 7; Mila Franta, age 7; Emma Keller, age 9; and Libby Keller, age 10. With the low number of entries, R.A.C.E. and the Alva Chamber of Commerce made the decision to give each a $10 Rialto gift card....
