Woodward man charged after vandalism report in Waynoka

A man arrested in Waynoka is facing numerous charges in Woods County. According to court records, Payton Lewis first came to the attention of Waynoka Police at 1:40 a.m. on Sunday, Sept. 13, when a woman called to make a vandalism report. Officer Adam Barlow went to the Waynoka Housing Authority apartments where Natasha Long said Lewis, who was her boyfriend, had been dropped off at her apartment by a friend after getting into a fight at a party in Alva.
